Tube Flow

Tube Flow

3D lattice-Boltzmann CFD on the GPU: spheres, STL shapes and wing sections, validated against exact solutions and published data, with a grid-convergence study in its validation report.

Tube Flow tests

Cobot Lab

Cobot Lab

Universal Robots arms from their published parameters: inverse kinematics, timed motion, path planning around obstacles, physics with pick & place, URScript export and a ROS bridge.

Cobot Lab tests

Plumb: a 3D two-wheeled balancing robot with its configuration panel and telemetry

Plumb

A 3D simulator for a two-wheeled balancing robot, from its derived dynamics.

Chess: a board with game, review and clock controls

Chess

A full chess app with all draw rules, clocks, puzzles, a course with tablebase endings, and play against Stockfish; also Chess for Kids. The rules are checked by perft against published move counts, and every course exercise by Stockfish and the endgame tablebase.

Chess tests

Face Morph: camera and photo controls; everything runs on the device

Face Morph

Live face-landmark detection and triangulated face morphing, entirely on-device.

Scientific Calculator: a calculator face with a tape of past calculations

Scientific Calculator

A keyboard-friendly scientific calculator with a real expression parser (no eval).

Sensor Deck: phone pairing and live readings for steps, heading, level and motion

Sensor Deck

Every sensor a phone’s browser can read, live in one page, with nothing to install.

Problem Log: an Android app listing logged problems with their status

Problem Log (Android)

A native Android app that turns a spoken or typed problem description into a structured record.

Engineering simulation

Formerly an area of expertise

Physics-based simulation for early engineering decisions.

Before committing to detailed design, test rigs or equipment purchases, engineering teams need fast, transparent models of the physics involved — fluid flow and forces, robot reach and cycle times, the dynamics of a mechanism. Validated simulation makes those questions answerable early, and interactive models make the results easy to share.

When this approach is needed

Typical business situations
Case 1

Flow and forces at the concept stage

A product or component must meet drag, lift or pressure-drop targets, and full CFD or wind-tunnel time is expensive.

DecisionWhich shape, size or operating point meets the target, and how sensitive is the result?

Case 2

Robotic cell feasibility

A cobot is being considered for a task, and the purchase depends on reach, payload and cycle time.

DecisionCan this arm reach every point, within its torque limits, without collisions, and in what cycle time?

Case 3

Mechatronic and control concepts

A balancing, positioning or actuation concept needs its dynamics and control understood before hardware is built.

DecisionIs the concept controllable, and with what gains, motors and margins?

Case 4

Facilities linked to CAD and BIM

Layout decisions must flow into CAD and building models without re-entry errors.

DecisionCan the engineering model and the CAD/BIM model be generated from one source of truth?

What you receive
  • A model with documented verification: comparisons with exact solutions and published data, and grid-convergence studies
  • Parametric studies and sweeps across the design variables that matter
  • An interactive model the team can use, and data exports (CSV, VTK, URScript, IFC, DXF)
  • A clear statement of the model's range of validity
How an engagement runs
  1. DefineState the engineering question, the target metrics and the accuracy the decision needs.
  2. ModelBuild the physics model at the resolution the question requires.
  3. VerifyCheck against exact solutions, published results and convergence studies, and document the limits.
  4. ExploreRun the parametric studies and report what meets the target, with margins.

Core question
Does the concept meet its engineering targets, with what margin, and which parameters matter most — before money is committed to detailed design or hardware?
Method
Lattice-Boltzmann computational fluid dynamics on the GPU; robot kinematics, trajectory timing and collision-free path planning; Lagrangian dynamics of mechanisms; parametric CAD with IFC and DXF export.
Evidence
Tube Flow — GPU CFD for spheres, STL shapes and wing sections — is validated against exact solutions and published data in its validation report; Cobot Lab models Universal Robots arms from their published parameters; Plumb simulates a balancing robot from its derived dynamics; the Warehouse Model exports IFC and DXF.
